Tropical Popsicles

Ingredients

 

  • 3 mangoes
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut
  • Honey

 

 

Steps

1. Juice lime and put both the juice and pulp in the blender.

2. Blend the fruits and the milk together until smooth.

3. Add shredded coconut and mix.

4. Add a small amount of honey to sweeten if desired.

5. Pour into moulds and freeze overnight.

 

Banana Fudge Popsicles

Ingredients

 

  • 3 bananas, frozen
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of pure maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut
  • Honey

  • 2 cups of plain yogurt

Steps

1. Put strawberries into a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Add the yogurt and blend to combine.

3. Add honey to taste.

4. Pour in popsicle moulds and freeze overnight.
