These fruit roll ups are packed with sneaky, nutritionally dense ingredients like chia seeds and hemp hearts and absolutely no fillers! Perfect for a guilt free and delicious snack.

🍓 Strawberry Chia Seed Version

  • 3 cups quartered strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

🍏 Apple Hemp Hearts Version

  • 8-10 apples, cored, peeled and sliced (you need approx. 4 cups of sliced apples)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. For either version, you will place all of the ingredients into a food processor and puree until completely smooth. You do not want any chunks remaining as this will not allow the
    mixture to bake evenly.
  3. Spread the mixture as evenly as possible on the prepared baking sheets. Ensure that it is a thick EVEN layer.
  4. Bake in the oven for 8 hours, until it feels rubbery to the touch.
  5. Cut into strips (I found that using scissors worked well here) and roll them up.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week for best results.
