Your baby is now about a pound and a half.

As baby fat accumulates, the wrinkled skin will begin to smooth out.

The hair is likely more recognizable now in both colour and texture.

Your own hair is probably looking more full and healthier than usual.  This is because that the hair that you would normally be shedding is staying with you longer than it normally would.

You may also notice darker or thicker body hair – also very normal and will go back to how it was before a few weeks after the pregnancy.

It’s fine to continue to exercise, but stop if you feel any pain or when you begin to feel at all fatigued, dizzy, or short of breath.
