Because, you know, I’ve always been a party girl. (Not that kind of party girl!)
I‘ve loved parties since I was little – planning them, throwing them, attending them. As long as there’s cake (or a suitable alternative), I’m there! Parties are the perfect distraction from the everyday and life gets a little more interesting and exciting when there’s a party on the horizon. Hence, my love of celebrating, well… everything!
In turn, each year I find myself looking for cool, new Valentine-themed activities to do with my kids. We’ve made salt dough heart necklaces and magnets for my daughter’s class, as well as homemade valentines. So, naturally, when I want new inspiration, I turn to Pinterest, the domain of all things crafty. You’ll find ideas for every interest and skill level – from the simplest of crafts, to the most complex DIY projects.
Whether you like to go all out for Valentine’s Day, or prefer to keep it low-key and simple, there’s something here for you!
