This is an awesome program run by hip volunteer mamas around the city. Each week, groups in different neighbourhoods get together for a 45-minute aerobics class (sensitive, of course, to post-natal physical concerns) followed by a one-hour program that could include anything from an informal discussion on tantrums to a guest speaker on infant speech development. Child care is provided, so you get to enjoy a few unencumbered hours, but it is still possible to feed your munchkin in between sit-ups.
